HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED?
Cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MC, Disc, Amex). There is a $3 fee for using credit cards. Payment will be collected as you arrive for your session. My fee is $125 per session.
DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
No. If you do wish to file for any possible reimbursement, the secretary can provide the proper paperwork for you to submit to your insurance company. I recommend you contact your insurer to find out what is covered out of network.
WHAT ARE THE POLICIES?
As a new client, when you arrive for your first session, you will be given paperwork to read and sign. This will describe all the policies, including confidentiality and the cancellation policy (which is to cancel within 24 hours notice to avoid a fee).

WHO IS BIENVENU COUNSELING SERVICES?
Founded and directed by Dudley Bienvenu, BCS is a 501c non-profit, faith-based agency in Lafayette, Louisiana, whose mission is to strengthen and support individuals, marriages, and families through professional Christian counseling, enrichment seminars, and educational materials. BCS is not allied with nor does it endorse a particular church or denomination providing services to people seeking help regardless of background, race, or religious belief.
